This phone is not unlocked as it says it is, i purchased this phone for my husband, and we have cricket, but it is telling him he neefs an unlock code to use it. Um, what? Its suppose to be unlocked, and able to work with cricket. It does not come with manuel, and we can not get it unlocked so he can use it. What a waste of time and money.

Not the same quality as my last one which I got directly from cricket. It says that it's unlocked but it's not. It's through freedom mobile, I had to call them, and my carrier, waiting a couple hours on hold, just to get it unlocked. It also occasionally has cpu problems (lag, which is pretty rare, it restarted its self once) unlike my previous one. As well as the material on the back of the phone is slicker than the last one. Same design pattern but less textured.
