Ok I'm impressed! I'm not sure I told you that my employers "I.T. guy" told me I needed to buy some software (not cheap stuff) for him to fix my computer. It's amazing it only took you 5 minutes to fix the problem and what was even more amazing was you asked "what else can I do". I hope not to have computer issues but it's great to know you're around if I do.

After resisting an Internet connection at home for years, I finally gave in, and my husband bought me a nice laptop, and we put in wireless throughout the house. For whatever reason, it didn’t work, so I called a very reputable local company, who shall remain nameless. They came out, worked on it, charged me more than they should, and sure enough, no Internet. I called them again and gave me the run around about how it is not their fault. They came out again, it still didn’t work, and they charged me again! Todd came over to the house – we told him what was happening – and like a movie, he sauntered over to the computer, flipped a switch, snapped his fingers, and bingo – we had wireless. No joke – that easy. I find my inner strength and tell the other ‘reputable company’ who then has the nerve to not give me my money back, and still give me the run around about how his guy could not have fixed it. Todd, AKA Phantom, is my eternal savior.
