According to a recent article in Computer World, IT job satisfaction rates are at an all time low among key IT employees. Only 4% of those surveyed were classified as "highly engaged-" down from 12% in 2007. A recent survey by Dice showed roughly 1/3 were looking to change jobs as soon as the IT job market improved.
